Glinn Damar was XO to Gul Dukat at the start of the Dominion War. He is believed to be directly responsible for the death of Gul Dukat's daughter Tor Zigal during the evacuation of DS9 by Dominion Axis forces. He is also believed to be the officer in charge of bringing down the wormhole minefield. His hatred of all things Bajoran is well known, and this seems to have endeared him with the Vorta Weyoun. His present location is unknown to both Starfleet and Bajoran Intelligence services. Any information about Glinn Damar should be reported to fleet intelligence immediately.
